Agri-Food Experience Truku has a rich variety of traditional dishes, and each ingredient's cultivation, cooking methods, and the selection of utensils hold deep cultural and historical significance. We have arranged different agricultural and culinary experiences based on the seasons and the growth characteristics of crops, such as bamboo rice, banana cakes, taro cakes, and more. Starting from the mountains, forests, or farmlands, we will collect ingredients and gradually introduce you to the wisdom and culinary culture of the Truku.
Fire Dining Table Pre-dining Rituals: Experience the touch of soil and creek water firsthand, harvest the ingredients needed for the meal, and participate in preparing the dishes on the table. Through these hands-on experiences, gather materials locally, gain agricultural knowledge, learn words in the Truku language, and collaborate with friends and family to complete each dish on the table.
